The Horrorist Live - Berlin

We just added a photo set from a massive live show in Berlin, Germany. “Crossing the Parallel” at Club Maria unleashed three live shows from Adam X, The Horrorist and Thomas P. Heckmann! Luc Van Acker and Dan Monox controlled the DJ booth. The Horrorist finished his set with Miro Pajic, Hypnotizer surprising everyone and performing the song “The Light is Leaving“.

I Love Techno - Dave Clarke

The compilation of this year’s I Love Techno edition is released on October 15th, 2007 via Music Man Records.

Techno pioneer Dave Clarke made his name with the Red trilogy on Bush in the mid-’90s and is up to now one of the most respected DJs and producers the world over. His latest album “Remixes & Rarities” has been released last year on Music Man as well and compiled the very best of the remixes throughout his career for such big names as Depeche Mode, Underworld, The Chemical Brothers, New Order, Fischerspooner and many more.

“I Love Techno 2007 mixed by Dave Clarke” includes exclusive and unreleased tracks featuring the likes of Kevin Saunderson, The Advent, DJ 3000, Rob Gibson and T. Linder as well as Joey Beltram, Substance & Vainquer, Jochem Paap (aka Speedy J) and The Horrorist.

The festival takes place on the 10th of November at the Flanders Expo in Gent and sees Dave Clarke himself hosting one of the rooms. Check out the full line-up over here.

François-Xavier Michel known as “FX” to his friends records under the name Millimetric. He is one of a select few artists crossing into the EBM genre from the techno side. Part of a strong wave of music from France his friends and musicalikes include David Carretta, Terrence Fixmer and Vitalic. Recently he remixed Austrian Things to Come Records act PN-X-TG’s song Cannonfodder. He also collaborated with The Horrorist, Oliver Chesler for a so far unnamed song to be released on a full length Millimetric album.

British writer and now big time DJ Jonty Skruff interviewed The Horrorist about German killer Armin Meiwes. Armin is the guy who put an advertisement in a German newspaper asking for a victim to eat.
